Hosting and server log files
When you access this website, the hosting provider processes connection data required to deliver and secure it. This may include your IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser and operating-system information, and the HTTP status code.
The processing serves reliable delivery, troubleshooting and protection against misuse or attacks. Log data is retained only for as long as it is needed for these purposes or statutory obligations.
Essential sessions and your consent choice
Temporary session cookies may be used for protected logins, the personal photo gallery, table placement, language and security functions. They are required for the function you request and normally expire when the browser session ends.
The cookie fm_consent stores for up to six months whether you have allowed the optional map. You can withdraw or change this choice at any time using in the footer.
The public offline or maintenance page neither displays a consent banner nor starts a session for ordinary visitors.
OpenStreetMap
The interactive map and address search are activated only after your consent. Map tiles and search requests are then retrieved from OpenStreetMap services. Their providers receive your IP address and technical request data. Without consent, the rest of the website remains usable.
Locally hosted content
Fonts, standard website images, Leaflet, QR recognition and QR generation are supplied directly by this server. These resources do not create connections to Google Fonts, public JavaScript CDNs or external stock-image services.
Protected areas
Login details and temporary security information are processed when you use the dashboard, your personal photo gallery or table placement. Gallery and placement results are made available only after successful authentication or entry of the assigned personal code. Access attempts may be recorded temporarily to prevent misuse.
Data entered through these protected functions is used solely to provide the respective service and is deleted when it is no longer needed for the event or when statutory retention duties have expired.
Recipients and transfers
Data is received by the website operator and the hosting provider where this is necessary for operating the website. A transmission to OpenStreetMap providers takes place only after you allow the map. We do not use the locally hosted files to contact Google or public CDNs.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
